Veri-Tech International is an independent engineering consultancy and inspection, end-to-end electromechanical solutions covering new installations, upgrades, maintenance, and rehabilitation of machines, production lines, and plant systems, with a particular focus on restoring performance, improving reliability, and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in operating facilities ,company based in Egypt, company supports clients across the full lifecycle of their electromechanical assets, from concept and design through construction, commissioning, operation, and performance improvement programs, founded by a team of professionals with extensive international, hands-on experience in industrial project development and management. Our engineers and inspectors have worked on multi-hundred-million USD projects across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and the Gulf region, covering oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, power generation, water treatment, and industrial utilities.

1 - Engineering & Technical Consultancy

• FEED and detailed engineering support for oil, gas, power, and industrial projects
• P&ID and design review, constructability and operability checks
• HAZOP participation and technical risk assessment support

2 Inspection & Verification Services

• Inspection and verification for equipment, materials, and fabrication

• NDT coordination and supervision (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) through qualified partners
• Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and pre-start-up inspections

3 Construction & Installation Management

• Planning and scheduling of construction and installation works.
• Coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical activities on site.
• Supervision of contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation.
• Materials management, including delivery, inspection, storage, and handling.
• HSE management and enforcement of safe working practices on site.
• Quality control, inspections, testing, and documentation of installed works.
• Progress monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of site records.
• Preparation of as-built documentation and support for system handover to pre-commissioning and commissioning teams. including but not limited to:
- Early production facilities (EPF).
- Complete mobile & fixed MUD system units (Mixing, Storage & pumping).
- Static equipment (Pressure vessels, tanks, process piping, pipeline, structure, etc.) including the provision of ASME-stamped in case required.
• Repair/rehabilitation, upgrade, and re-rating of static equipment (Pressure vessels, tanks, process piping, pipeline, structure, etc.) includes the following:
- Engineering verification to an actual understanding of the root causes of equipment damage and prepare repair design according to applicable codes and standards.
- Provided R-Stamped in case if required.

4 - Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

• Electrical, control & instrumentations maintenance, repair & upgrade works as well as green field installation along with testing, per-commissioning, commissioning & start-up.
• Automation of Production lines, repair & upgrade of computerized control systems for machines and fix & replace software and hardware components.

6 - Machine and Equipment Assessment with Comprehensive Gap Analysis

• Veri-Tech delivers a structured, end-to-end machine and equipment assessment service that combines detailed technical evaluation with a comprehensive gap analysis across performance, maintenance, spare parts, and compliance dimensions.
• The service covers rotating and static equipment, packaged skids, and critical production machinery, focusing on identifying degradation mechanisms, operating constraints, and hidden reliability risks that impact availability and lifecycle cost.
• Through site inspections, data review, and targeted diagnostic testing, Veri-Tech maps the current condition of each asset against design intent, OEM recommendations, and relevant codes and standards, and then defines clear, prioritized improvement actions.
• The outcome is a practical, costed gap-closure plan that can include maintenance strategy optimization, repair or upgrade recommendations, spare parts strategy refinement, and, where required, asset replacement or re-engineering options to support safe, reliable, and sustainable operation.
